Cozy Bay Side Beach House

We had a fantastic time staying here! The house is beautiful, very spacious, and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Mckinley was very communicative and kind. We would love to come back and stay again, hopefully for longer!

We have stayed @ Sabrina's lovely home for years!! I love coming here - I feel like it's my home away from home and look forward to many more years. Love - Gigi! 

Awesome location ~ beautiful house ! A great place for a family getaway ~ All year long !

I recently stayed at this house in Ocean City MD, and I can’t recommend it enough! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the boardwalk, making it super convenient to enjoy the beach, shops, and restaurants. The house itself was spotless, which made it feel even more relaxing. On top of that, there were tons of games available, which kept everyone entertained during the evenings or when we wanted a break from the sun. Whether you’re looking for a beach getaway or a place with great amenities, this spot is perfect!

We've stayed here for the last 4 years and plan to keep coming back. Affordable and in a great location. It has everything you could ask for in a vacation home. Plus Sabrina is super nice and makes renting a beach house stress free.

Great location close to the beach and boardwalk,friendly place , feels like home! We will come back for sure! 

Beautiful house. Very disappointed that the Jacuzzi wasn't working. Two of the TV'S didn't work. The back patio was in closed, it was very nice. Wasn't comfortable renting personal property, with two disabled adults. I felt like I couldn't let them be themselves.
